Initially, the Ginevra family became involved in Real Estate through the rental and sale of properties. Later, and for over 20 years now, they expanded their business into project development.
Currently, development activities are conducted under the name GNV Group, while sales are managed through Ginevra International Realty. Their flagship development is located in Puerto Madero, within the Madero Harbour complex.
Today, GNV Group has reached Punta del Este, Uruguay, recently launching the SLS Hotel & Residences tower.
